Having the Wedding of Your Dreams During Covid

Covid ruined the party for a lot of people, literally! Due to the ongoing pandemic, most weddings had to be postponed due to safety issues. However, times are changing and as we go back to normal or maybe a new normal per se, weddings are coming back. Although it’s not what we may be used to, the important part is, couples are finally able to go through and have the wedding of their dreams.

So, if you’re in the Phoenix area and want to have your wedding, then pay attention and see what you need to know about the Covid protocols set in place by a Phoenix wedding DJ.

Will weddings be how they use to be?

The short answer is no. As most states start to open up such as Arizona, they still need to follow the Covid-19 protocols set by the CDC.

This doesn’t mean that it’s going to be a boring wedding or a bad wedding. It just means we have to do a few extra steps to ensure everyone stays Covid free while having fun and listening to the best Phoenix wedding DJ Nate Murray.

If don’t want to have a wedding during the pandemic, then the only option will be to wait, but who knows how long that’ll be.

Covid Wedding Protocols

Here are some of the protocols that you should be aware of when having a wedding. This will apply to the wedding staff and all the guests.

All Staff Will Wash Hands Frequently

According to the CDC guidelines, all staff will frequently wash their hands, especially before the toast and after. This will help with reducing the spread of germs while providing champagne to the guests.

All staff will also wash their hands during any type of exchange, such as microphone exchanges.

Temperature Checks

Upon arrival, all staff members will have their temperatures checked to make sure no one has any fevers.

If the DJ or any other type of employee shows above-average temperatures, then they will be replaced. So, you don’t have to worry if your DJ gets sick.

Must Wear Mask

It might be unusual and something that we’re not used to, but when we’re on the dance floor we must wear our mask.

So, practice now with a mask so you can show off your sick dance moves later.

All staff even the Phoenix wedding DJ will be wearing a mask and have a hand sanitizing bottle next to them.

Maintain Social Distance

When approaching the wedding DJ, we request patrons maintain a distance of six feet apart. If you want to request a song, then you must do it with some space between them too.  Another alternative is to text your request to the DJ.

Whether you’re having a big or small wedding making sure you know the precautions is important to keep everyone safe. If you have any questions, then you can always ask the wedding planner or the DJ about the Covid-19 wedding protocols.
